"Chris understood what we wanted to achieve in a difficult space and working in an old house. Our new oak stairs look great against our old oak floors and the design is just as we wanted. Chris was also flexible to alterations as he went along and incorporated our ideas, such as two cupboards and changes to the existing floor/ceiling, which worked really well for us."

"Chris is an exceptionally talented joiner and carpenter. Not only does he have the benefit of extensive experience behind him, he has a real eye for design and detail. He calmly and carefully works out what is possible and sometimes even seems to pull off the impossible!

We don’t hesitate to recommend him, particularly for projects where careful design and choice of materials is important."

"Highly recommend Chris, he was excellent from the first scoping visit to the final day of installation. He created a custom staircase and window for our home. Chris has so much experience and skill he makes it look easy and you know you're in safe hands. He completed the jobs very quickly and with as little disruption and mess as possible. Though he was always great at cleaning up every day. He was happy to incorporate our own touches with ironwork etc., to the windows and stairs door and involved us in key decisions so the final results are not only very well made and beautiful but suit our needs down to the ground. Chris is a highly skilled and trustworthy tradesperson with a keen eye for detail."
